Web site/app issues with returns

Is anyone else having issues trying to generate a return label via the app or online? I called yesterday (8/29) and the CS rep couldn’t email me a return label either. This is so frustrating. I don’t live near a Sephora store either. Anyone else having a problem printing a return label?
