Wander Beauty Rewards Help

@TeamBIC I just received my Wander Beauty Robe and as other BIC-ers have discovered, the description was inaccurate and misleading. I took screenshots  in case there was an issue. They were removed from the Bazaar sometime shortly after they sold out.

Below is the fabric tag of my robe. Had I known it was polyester, I would not have spent the points

as the entire reason I opted for this reward was for the robe.

 

Rouge Customer service at first asked me to return it which I said I would do, and my points would be reinstated. Then after I was put on hold, I was told it was not returnable despite the fact that the product advertised was not the product I received. This is extremely disappointing and I am hoping someone here can help me out. At least if the description said “Silky” instead of “Silk” it would have been accurate🤔

@TeamBIC I am in the same situation.  I order this reward only because of the silk robe which, as it turns out, is not silk at all.  I asked if i could return it but was told no.  I am very disappointed that the description was entirely misleading.

@TeamBIC hi Rebecca would you be able to help me as well when you have a chance? I am in the same boat and just got off the phone with the Rouge Hotline. The beauty adviser man helping me said they could not refund points and that there was literally nothing he could do to help me. This is truly disappointing as the "silk" description was so off! I also took a screenshot of the description after redeeming. Thanks in advance.

Misleading. I wish Sephora would stop misleading their customers.
