Waiting on product!!

Hello, 

I ordered some perfume on August 15th and the order came with two free gifts. It was stated delivery would be August 25th, however it’s past that date, I have not received any new information on my order or when it’s arriving. The order was over $100 so I would like some information on what is going on.
