WRONG SAMPLES THE PAST 2 ORDERS

It’s so annoying - why give the option to pick samples if you are just going to send the leftovers in the factory that no one wants ... I actually was excited to try a perfume sample before purchasing it but noooooo I get some Clinique lip balm? This needs to be corrected . I spend over 1000 dollars every year with this company and shop online to take advantage of the sample deals. I’m over it .

I'm so sorry to hear you have not received the samples you selected! Our site does call out that substitutions will be sent for samples that go out of stock and we appreciate your understanding.
