WORST customer service

Sephora for some reason has this weird divide between online and in-store purchases. Anything that was done in store for some reason cannot be rectified online.

I wasn’t given the 20% off discount while in store and did not notice until later in the day when I was given my receipt. I was told I needed to go in store to rectify the issue which is a waste of my time and gas. I went to a different store to get this fixed but I no longer had all the products in hand. This manager was the rudest, most condescending person who would not help due to her “many years of working there” and “policy” (even though I wasn’t returning anything). I just wanted my price adjustment as it should have been done in the first place. I was told to go back to the original store by the manager, even after I explained it was hard for me to get to. Anyways, Sephora is great and convenient and all until it comes time to fix any issues that was their problem to begin with. 🙂 wasted half a day  jumping through hurdles just to be kicked down by a manager with bad eyeliner.
