WORST Credit Card system and customer service

For today I got the paper statements form sephora, I saw that I still have 56.24 dollars have to pay, i was so confused why and I already pay all balance in total at once. Then I call the customer service and their attitude is really bad and tell me I have to pay for it and never explain why the balance is 56.24!!!! They told me the bank return me 24 dollars and I was very confused why the bank returned to me? I try to pay online, the page show I cannot pay, they never notice me and email me. IMPORTANT: I got this payment is Sep 06, DUE date is Sep 11. Preventing customers from paying on time and making everyone pay more tax money next time is a good idea and a very good way to raise money.

@wanzhi  I'm so sorry to hear that! Regretfully, we, www.sephora.com, do not have access to Comenity Capital Bank's system to look into this. Please reach out to Comenity Capital Bank once more and request to speak with a supervisor for further assistance:

1-866-841-5037 (Sephora Visa)

1-866-864-7787 (Sephora Visa Signature)

1-866-702-9946 (Sephora Credit Card)

Thank you.

Re: WORST Credit Card system and customer service

I agree since Bread Financial bought Comenity, it's been nitemarish. I have had nothing but problems with them. First someone manipulated my social security number internally and edited the last 4 so that my account could not be verified. Then they kept charging me $2 even though I had paid off my balance to zero many months prior. Then they kept being rude when I would call for help, shouting at me, belittling me. I am not going to shop at Sephora anymore and I am closing all my accounts with sephora, including my beauty insider. They charged me a $30 fee and only reversed half of it after stating they would reverse it. I have spoken to many customer aervice agents, asked to be transferred back to united states from India, asked for supervisors, asked for the escalations department and managers. Now I have to dispute in writing. I think they train their agents poorly and don't listen to the call quality. I am going to dispute all the transactions as fraud and lock my credit profiles. I am not happy with Bread Financial at all. The agents are borderline emotionally abusive, manipulative, gaslighting and predatory. The company earns billions of dollars annually by coding automated false fees and needs to be class action sued. I'm fed up and want to expose them.
