I ordered two of the FAB intense hydration creams on Black Friday. I went to check on the order status and it says it was delivered the next day (11/25). I was home at the time of delivery and the only Sephora order that was delivered was my Fenty Beauty lipstick I ordered on Thanksgiving. So Sephora, where is my package? I am a Rouge member and I AM LIVID😡

You need to call the post office or whomever delivered.

Well if it says it was delivered, but it wasn't, that's the fault of the carrier, not Sephora. Sephora didn't mark it as delivered, the carrier did. And if you are looking for Sephora's assistance, you need to call them or email them. You're not going to get help by posting in the Community, particularly when you've given them no information to go on.
