SERIOUSLY, I’m so disappointed and upset!!!! EVERYTIME I order, you NEVER give me the samples I ask for …. I’m so annoyed… plus I had a order resent because of your poor postal service ( I’m not talking about Canada post) I’m not Impressed and I even more !!!!!

Hi so the chat was unavailable for the adress you left me , also i received a perfume sample broken and empty and i would like to know why I can’t access my chat ?! Can you help ? Last thing is that i ordered the wrong shade apparently! How do I exchange it!
