W2

I need help getting my W2. I’ve called my old location and Ive never been able to reach anyone. I’ve called the customer service number and they aren’t able to access that information. I’ve even email fsc and have yet to get a response. I’m not sure what to do next. Any help

would be greatly appreciated!

@BriaWF, we're happy to help! It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app). If you would like to send me a private message with more information, I'll look into this. Thank you!

I'm on the browser and the website doesn't allow me to change my preferences or do anything. I really need my w2 and no one is able to help me.

@micxtggg, I'm sorry, I can confirm that private messaging settings can be adjusted on the mobile browser or desktop web browser. Please navigate to the Community home page then look for the gear/settings icon.
