Visa gift card

I am unable to place my order. I am trying to use a vanilla visa gift card. My order total is less than the gift card. I double checked that I entered everything correctly, but when I try to place the order it says, “Unable to place your order. Please verify that your card information and billing address are correct.
If applicable, we have reversed any pending charges to your account.” Please let me know how I can fix this. Thank you

I'm having the same issue with the Vanilla Visa Gift Card. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

@etree I recommend contacting the number on the back of your card to register a temporary billing address. If you've already done that and still unable to place your order, I may suggest using an alternate form of payment if you have one. Thank you and I'm sorry for the trouble!

Hello! I have the same issue. I am paying with a visa gift card with enough money and both the card information and address are correct but it still says unable to place order. Do you know how I can fix this? Thank you so much! 🙂
