Is anyone else not able to view the videos on the Sephora app??  Ever since I updated to the current version, I can't watch the videos.  I get a black screen saying "Sorry this video cannot be played" and it's only on the app.  I had someone from Sephora reach out to me via this forum but there was no resolution after a few messages back and forth.  The only thing that changed was the app... nothing else on my phone.  I even messaged the webmaster from the app but no response.

I'm very sorry that you're unable to watch videos on the Sephora App! Please try deleting the app and redownloading, and try using the Sephora App on a different device, if you haven't already. I'm very sorry that a resolution has not been found just yet and will be sure to forward this information to the appropriate contact. In the meantime, try the steps above and let me know if you're still experiencing issues.
