Videos won’t play in mobile app

Hi, I can’t get any videos to play in the mobile app on my iPhone. I have rebooted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and cleared all website data and am still having the issue. Is there a solution??

Hi @tomtoms This issue has been reported and we hope to have it fixed soon. In the meantime, I recommend using our mobile site, m.sephora.com.
