You can use your points to redeem the $10 Beauty Insider Cash reward, or to redeem items in the Rewards Bazaar. Please keep in mind that your points will not impact your status (Beauty Insider, VIB, Rouge). Thanks!

Hello dear, I noticed something on my account and I may have contacted you before over it, but I never got an email with a reply, anyway...  so I had made 2 separate purchases of a total of around 200$ and before this I had to earn 322 points to reach VIB and I was so excited that I onmy had to get around 100 and some points to finally reach the second tier, well my points weren't added so I contacted you, and you fixed that, but my thing still says I still have 322 points to reach the next tier. Which doesn't seem right to me, I could be wrong, but I remember seeing 322... anyway thank you in advance and I hope you're having a great day!!!😊
