Sorry for any confusion! The promotion will apply to your merchandise subtotal. 

I have also listed some restrictions below:

• Not valid on previous purchases or purchases made outside of the promotional offer time frame.
• Not valid on purchases of gift cards/egift cards, customizable sets, Play! by Sephora products or ColourPop products.
