Vib sale delay (November 4th order)

I placed my order on November 4th, I recieved 2 items on November 13th. I am still waiting for the rest of my order to ship (17 items).  I was notified on November 11th that the rest of my items were shipped, but when I track the package it says tracking details will be available once package arrives at usps facility.  Please advise!

P.S. I did ground shipping and according to your chart I should have recieved my order by November 16th.
