Vib rouge

Hi! I recently became a vib rouge in November and I've been waiting to make a purchase to receive it. Today I went to check out and it said that I need to add more items to my cart to quality for it. Which doesnt make much sense to me as it seems like it's asking for me to spend another 1000$ to receive it when I never even got it the first time. I removed it from my cart and tried adding it again but now it is no where to be found to add it back.

I'm having the same problem! Are you getting "Add more items or remove Rouge Requalifying Gift to proceed to checkout." when you try to check out?
