Vib Rouge card

I have a vib rouge card but when I sign in online, it tells me to register again and it also says there's an error with my email address. How should I link my vib rouge card to my online account? Also, how should I apply to join the sale if I have the promo code and the card? Because I heard that we'll have to apply to join the sale.

I didnt have to apply for anything to join the sale. If your online account is link to your Rouge account you should only have to type the "20FORROUGE" code in the promo code box at check out. That's all I did, atleast.
