Very disappointed

I still have yet to receive any responses from costumer service as to my 'damaged package' Tracking #: 1LS724505443317; that is apparently undeliverable. I ordered this item on the 25th of November. It said it was in transit back to the sender so I decided to let it go and see what happens... it has almost been an entire month since I first ordered these products. I am also unsure as to why there is an option for samples when half the time I do not receive them.

Please respond and let me know what is going on with my order!
