Very Disappointed

I have been shopping at Sephora for a very long time, and I have never had such a bad experience as I did tonight. I went into the store inside JCPenney at MainPlace Mall in Orange Grove, CA. So many of the shelves were empty, and the products that were there were all messed up and disorganized. Testers were missing or not labeled. I asked an assistant to help me find the eye shadow I was looking for. I had the name and number written down. They didn't have it in stock. I couldn't find a substitute because the stock was such a mess. I asked for Strivectin. They no longer carry it, but the assistant was going to recommend a replacement. She couldn't find the tester for it! She went to ask someone else where to find a tester, but I had to leave and couldn't wait any longer. I stood in line for a long time to purchase the $160.00 worth of products in my basket, but there was only one cashier, and I had to leave with nothing. I'm so disappointed.
