Sephora, I request you to change your delivery provider. My package said delivered and the proof of delivery was the trunk of the person’s car with various other packages. I searched all entry points, leasing office with help from my maintenance guy. Nothing. I have never had issues with other providers. 
Many of us save for these sale events and are excited to receive products. Please consider a better delivery service.
