Veho is a nightmare!

Sephora, PLEASE switch to another delivery service. 

I've had a nightmare experience with Veho! There’s so many delivery issues and they keep saying "unsuccessful delivery" over and over again on robotic text messages with almost no useful information. I have given precise delivery instructions and even told them to call me if there's any problems so l can help but nothing helps. l've been reading online that a lot of people have faced similar issues.

I have to wait several days after the date I should’ve received  my package because Veho can’t deliver it properly and I don’t know when they’ll do it or if they’ll do it. It's made the whole process of ordering things from Sephora unbelievably painful!
