Veho is TERRIBLE

 

I’m fairly certain my package was actually stolen, and not “misdelivered” or “undeliverable,” because Veho customer service just texted that my package was “lost in transit.” So, which is it?? And why is it on ME to deal with trying to get replacements or a refund? Judging from the countless other comments re: this courier, it sounds like this is a common occurrence. I was supposed to get my package on Monday—ordered 24 July. I needed the items this week & now I’m going to have to waste time/energy dealing with an issue I didn’t cause?? Am I going to lose my points? I never had a problem with ordering before, until this delivery service. Please STOP using this courier.

Thank you for reaching out. I chatted with a Sephora customer rep yesterday who put in a replacement order for me—the tracking for the replacement order is through Veho again, but hopefully this one will actually make it to me! I’ve been ordering from Sephora for 10+ years & had never had a package lost/stolen until now w/this courier. Thank you ☺️
