Veho Issues!!

Hello, I´m very dissapointed, I put an order a few weeks ago, but the order didnt arrive, so I conctact the CS and they says that the carrier (Veho) lost my package. I contact Veho and they said that Sephora created the label, but didnt send the order, so?
In the tracking number you can read that the order are "still" in the warehouse of Sephora, but anybody can´t help me! Im Rouge some years ago, and I feel that as a client Im not enough for them. So sad.
