Veho Delivering in the street

I had a Veho delivery to my condo building and instead of delivering in the mailroom, they chose to leave the package in front of the entrance to the building - essentially right in the parking lot where anyone could steal them much more easily than entering the building where there are cameras. I don’t spend as much money as I do as a Rouge member to receive this level of customer service. If Sephora wishes to continue using Veho instead of a real company, I’ll buy directly from the product websites. I buy from Sephora so I can make one purchase instead of multiple but if buying from the brand directly means I actually get my packages delivered where they’re supposed to so be it - most brands have better sales anyway. Incredibly cheap of Sephora!
