Veho Bad delivery service provider

When did Sephora start using unknown delivery services? Did two days, my package has not been delivered because Veho has been too lazy to use a gate code and drop off my package or wonโ€™t leave it without a signature. Itโ€™s a tube of lipgloss and I work full time. I never would have instructed for a signature at delivery or chase it down to drive to a warehouse to pick it up. Do better.

I thought I was the only one, VEHO, supposedly delivered my package, left a photo and it's not even my address, Sephora said they can't help me

Iโ€™ve had the same issues with Veho! Multiple occasions have blatently not followed delivery instructions and have resulted in stolen packages. They have literally left my packages shoved in a bush outside on a busy foot trafficked street! Issues Iโ€™ve never had with UPS, FedEx, etc. seems like reputable companies like Sephora need to stop using this service. Itโ€™s to the point where Iโ€™ll buy from other places I know donโ€™t use that delivery โ€œserviceโ€

I have never had an issue getting my packages from Sephora until today. I placed an order and come to find out it is being shipped by Veho. The tracking information says it has been โ€œOut for Deliveryโ€ from Pompano Beach since 7:24AM EST - it is now 11:12PM EST, and still no package. I contacted their โ€œcustomer serviceโ€ a couple of hours ago and they keep giving me these vague replies about โ€œunforeseen circumstancesโ€ and โ€œaccess issuesโ€. My apartment complex is completely open and I have never had an issue with any other courier delivering to me. Sephora should definitely have done their research before using this service! They are garbage and sound like complete scammers. I an livid.

The last couple of times Sephora shipped my package through Veho, and both times they got โ€œlostโ€(which actually means stolen buy the drivers because they literally hire random people off the street and pay them $10 an hour to deliver luxury items and expect them not steal them. There are zero repercussions.) Iโ€™m not exaggerating when I say this company needs to be federally investigated. This is crazy. And Sephora? What the hell? There are literally thousands of complaints on your website and many others (just check out Vehoโ€™s rating on BBB) about Veho failing to deliver their packages time and time again. Your customers are coming here to spend hundreds of dollars the least you can do is ensure they get their packages. Damn!

You realize Iโ€™ve already reached out to Veho with no solution for days prior to reaching out to Sephora, right? This is frustrating. Go back to using reliable delivery services, please.
