Vanilla visa gift card decline

My Vanilla Visa gift card keeps getting declined. The order is less than the amount of the gift card, and the gift card has worked elsewhere.

Having the same issue and it's really frustrating. There's not a way to register a billing address on the Vanilla Gift website.

My apologies, a billing address would be needed to place orders on our site and we're unable to modify this. I'd recommend using a different payment method if possible.

Hi @LaurieBT according to Vanilla Gift, I can check out using any billing address. I have been on hold with Vanilla Gift customer service for a long time to ask about registering a billing address specifically so I can check out on Sephora.com. I don't intend to use a different form of payment. Can you please guide me in the right direction so I can check out? Thank you.

Yes!! Mine has also declined but has worked somewhere else. I can't buy anything because it says payment error. Please help!

Hi @ScotchAndCats I'm sorry to hear that! I recommend making sure the card is registered to a temporary billing address. You can register the billing address by contacting the number on the back of the card. If you're still unable to place your order, I recommend using an alternate form of payment if possible. I'm so sorry for the trouble!
