Vanilla VISA Gift card declined

Hello, 

I have tried using Vanilla visa gift card with adequate amount of balance but it still got declined. Everything was correct but still doesn’t got through.
Please do help me with it.

This is what I received while processing the payment - Payment error - your payment could not be processed. Please verify that your card number, expiration date and cvn are correct and that your billing address matches what the bank has on file. We have reversed any pending charges to your account.
