Same here. I never get any notifications from Sephora for any sales or events. I called the CS line and last Friday and was told someone would call me Saturday to find it why I am not receiving emails in any of the addresses they have on file or the mailing address and still almost a week later no one has called. I’m so done with the company.

Just so you know.. Sephora seems to be sending it in batches. I got it just an hour ago while some people here got it for a week ago. So yours might be on the way 🙂

Hey @midanmacaron, it's a generic code so you really dont need to get an email about it 🙂 Just use "20FORROUGE" at checkout starting Friday and you're good to go!

Maybe try checking your Junk/Spam file within your email account. Also make sure to sign-in to your Sephora account and go to "email and mail" settings to turn on notifications from them.
