VIBBONUS not working

I became Rouge today, however I still have some products that I want to buy, but th VIBBONUS discount doesn't work anymore. 

I got the message "Must be logged into VIB account to redeem this offer. Customizable sets and Google products are excluded from this promotion".

As I already said I became Rouge today!!!!, so I was unable to use the codes fro rouge in the previous weekends, so now I totally lost the opportunity to use the discount!!!

For this is better that I still be VIB and not Rouge!!!!

Hi, You guys told me that If I want to do a second purchase just to do it and you will refund me the difference once it shipped. I email you my order and still haven't get any response.

I was not able to use unlimited time the codes like everyone else, you promise to refund me if I make another purchase (still two purchase is different that unlimited!), I sent you my order number yesterday and you still can't even reply????

Can you respect your customers time??, and reply to me....

I have the same issue, and I am VIB Rouge. They supposed to give us a discount too...

yes, I got an email with a ONE TIME use code, however I'm still mad, everyone else can use the coupon unlimited times.
