VIB was stolen

My wallet was stolen and my VIB card was one thing amongst others in my wallet. I have a lot of points on my card and don’t want anyone to end up using it so...how do I report it stolen and also get a new card?

I'm so sorry to hear your wallet was stolen!

Rest assured, a Cast Member can issue you a new VIB card and link it to your account during your next visit in store.

Call them and replace it. They will mail or Let you pick up Another.
