VIB to Rouge

I am close to getting the VIB Rouge status.  If I buy something online and I get stepped up to the status, will Sephora send me a new card in the mail or would I have to go to the store to get it?

Also, I recently bought two things last week and I noticed that, prior to me placing my order, I still had to spend a certain amount to get VIB Rouge status, and after placing said order, the number didn't change.  Do online orders reflect the amount at all?

I recommend visiting your local Sephora store for a physical Rouge card because we do not send them by mail at this time.
