VIB status but not getting monthly gift

I never got an email for a promo code or anything for a free monthly gift being VIB status. I just spend almost $200 in Sephora yesterday and wasn't able to get my GWP since I didn't have a promo code ... I've double check and yea my email gets all notifications.

There hasn’t been one this month yet as far as I know - the last email I got was December but those are likely out of stock by now. There is also a promo code thread you can search and @Lazybeautybeast who runs the thread is very on top of the new codes and none have been posted there lately that are exclusive to vib/rouge so guessing there just hasn’t been a January one yet.
