VIB rouge...

I am well over the $1000 spent at Sephora how come I haven’t reached rouge yet?

You need to spend $1000 in a calendar year to reach rouge status @Anonymous not $1000 overall. If you log into your account and view the reward bazaar it will tell you how much more you need to spend this year. If you believe you have spent more in store this calendar year than is reflected your in store and online accounts may not be linked.
