Do products like who are labeled as Rouge only become available later to VIBs?

Hi Iplayoboe, It depends. Sometimes we will have products exclusively available for Rouge and other times it is early access that for Rouge clients and available for everyone else later on. If you are asking about the holiday sets, that was an early access and they will be available to all soon.

Some do, some don't. The holiday sets that are currently labelled only for Rouges will eventually be available to everyone.
