VIB points??

I’m not seeing my beauty insider points. I spent $91 and used a gift card that had $22 on it but I paid the remainder with my own card. Since I used the gift card, do I not get any of my points? Not even the ones I should receive from paying with my own card? I should have over 500 points by now and while the cashier did ask for my phone #, she didn’t offer any of the VIB samples and I notice the points aren’t showing on my receipt or online account either. Do they take a while to update?

Points can sometimes take up to 24 hours to be added to your Beauty Bank. If you are not yet seeing the points, please send me a PM with a clear photo of your receipt. I'd be happy to add the points for you!
