VIB points expired during pandemic?!?

Now that most of us are vaccinated and able to go back to work, I can finally restock. However, as I'm placing my order I realized all the points I've accrued over the years have disappeared! Seriously? We were in a pandemic! How did you expect us to shop or restock when there's nowhere to go?? 

I'm disgusted at your lack of empathy for what was happening and why many of us were unable to shop. I won't be setting foot in the store or placing any online orders after this.

I'm sorry to hear about this. Points will expire if your account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months or more. You can keep your account active by making a purchase or redeeming a reward  or the birthday gift. I'll look into this then send you a PM.
