VIB pending order

I placed an order on 11/10 exactly at 3:00am est. It has now been 5 whole days and my order still says pending. I checked it early this morning and 95% of my order showed to be out of stock! I have called twice and I get an automated message saying there is a high volume to call back later. After being a loyal customer for 10 years now this is getting to be extremely frustrating, not knowing when or if my purchase will be shipped to me. How many of you are having this issue?

Same issue, waited so long for my items and the package came today and it was missing all my samples and one of the two products I ordered.

Same 😏 I ordered on the 10th as well emailed so many times and called. All they can say is we returned the money and once it’s shipped it’ll be charged but I noticed some of my items are out of stock now. They said that a label was created and I should’ve received a tracking number today and nothing. I demanded a refund and to cancel my order but they said they couldn’t because people at warehouse had already boxed my order and getting ready to ship. I think it’s complete bs. I’ve never had this problem with Sephora. I don’t think I’m doing online shopping with them anymore.

Same issue here. I ordered on 11/09 and only one item shipped +samples out of the 13 or so items I ordered. All the others say in process. I am hoping it's just a shipping delay and nothing gets canceled since the vib sale ends today. Next year I'll just go in store.

I'm very sorry for any confusion! Just because items from your order are now out-of-stock, does not necessarily mean you will not receive them. If an item is ever removed from your order due to going out-of-stock, you will receive an order modification notice via email. If you do not receive this email, the items will be included in your order. I hope this information clarifies!
