I am a VIB member but online it says I'm only a beauty insider, how do I link my vib to my online account?

I just noticed today that my beauty insider card in my Apple Wallet finally updated my points after not doing so since last year. That said, it only reads 'insider' in the center of the new black & white graphic when I'm actually VIB Rouge. If I view my card in the Sephora app it notes Rouge so I'm chalking it up to Sephora still having tech issues 😕

I'm very sorry to hear about this. We are working to fix issues with Beauty Insider account information displaying incorrectly in Apple Wallet. Please login to your Beauty Insider account through Sephora.com or the Sephora App to see an accurate representation of your points and status. I hope this helps!

Thank you 🙂 That's what I've been doing for over a year now. Hopefully the glitch is remedied soon
