VIB in store, not online?

Hi all,

 

I’m having a hard time trying to link my in-store VIB status (I use my cell number when I check out.) and this past weekend I’d received the VIB welcome kit, awesome!

 

But it does not appear to be linked to my online account for some reason and I’d like them to be linked or merged so I don’t have multiple accounts. I didn’t even know they were separate till just recently.

 

Reading on the forums there have been team members assisting wit this,I too would like assistance on this, thank you!
