VIB coupon 20 percent off not working!

I waited until I could use it today but it says I must be logged into a VIB account. I got this in the mail last week and couldnt wait, got my snacks, got my lap top, closed my door and dreamed of all the things gas I would buy and then check out destroyed my happy place bubble! 😞
