VIB card not updating in Apple Wallet

Hi I have been trying to update my points on my vib card in my Apple wallet and the points are not changing on the card in my wallet. How can I get this fixed without downloading the app. Having the card in my Apple wallet has been super convenient!

I am having the same issue.  My Sephora card doesn't reflect or update my current points in my Apple Wallet.
