VIB card and Apple Wallet

I am trying to add my VIB card to my apple wallet through the app but this option is not working anymore.  I have tried restarting my phone as well as redownloading the app but it still is not working.  I am signed into my account and when I press "Add to Apple Wallet" it does not create the pass.  How can I add my VIB card to my apple wallet?

Sephora please add this feature back! It’s honestly less cumbersome to navigate. I just deleted mine as I was trying to refresh it & found I couldn’t download it again!!

Please (please)  return this feature.

I did the same thing! Deleted it so it could be refreshed with my points and now I can’t add it. Please bring this option back xoxo

I would have to agree that this is such an inconvenience. I dont wanna open my app and try to find the barcode. Its so useful to have the option to have the card on my wallet cuz i know its there. Not happy about this at all.

Hi @riegnerk,

The option to add your Beauty Insider card to the Passbook or Wallet app is no longer available. I'm sorry about that! You can pull up your Beauty Insider card directly through the Sephora App. Please sign into the Sephora app and click "VIB" near the top of the screen, then click "Show card.” You can present this at checkout in-store to receive your points. Thank you!

Thank you for the response.  I have a work phone so I am not allowed to have Apps on my phone; the wallet pass would be useful for myself to be able to access my VIB card.  If this is no longer available is this feature going to be coming back?  I will not be downloading the app unfortunately to access my VIB card.  Thank you

It’s very unfortunate because the App is not available on some countries (Dominican) and while traveling it’s really an inconvenience. I’m ROUGE, can’t get the app and while in store I have to hurry to get the bar code from the site (logging in…) or having it prepared before. Really disappointing as it’s trying to push customers to the App and it’s not open to all.
