VIB but no discount given during sales.

Hi, 

I was around $44 dollars away from becoming VIB. During shopping I chose 2 sephora collection items (30% off provided) and the rest were other products. i spend $249 so I became VIB during that sale - however sephora customer service was extremely poor and did not apply the discount code for the rest of my products (only 30% off sephora collection) not even the insider promo code let alone my VIB. Can I please have my 15% discount refunded.

Hi @CLlipgloss I'm sorry for the confusion. I see that your status is currently VIB. However, the 15% discount has not yet started for VIBs. VIB clients get 15% off Tuesday, April 9, through Monday, April 15. @CLlipgloss , You would need to spend the amount needed to reach the VIB tier first, ($350.00 in a calendar year) during a sale then after reaching VIB you could place additional orders and receive the VIB discount. Happy shopping!
