I'm a VIB and I just saw on the App that we get free monthly gift sets...? how does that work because I haven't had one

I'm pretty sure the monthly gift sets are those emails VIB and Rouge get that say we get an exclusive mini set if we spend over 35 on our next order. But if I'm wrong let me know! Def don't want to miss out 🙂

I've been VIB Rouge since the program started (and VIB before that) and never got anything... heck I rarely even get basic samples (online and in store) much less a monthly gift.

Hi Mali. I'm just now reading about the free monthly gifts and I'm at Rouge level and have never received any. Can you please check into this for me also. Thanks.
