VIB and Rouge Bonus

Hi, I’m wondering if someone would help me out. First I have a Rouge gift (says choose your gift) I picked the points and added to my order and when I went to checkout, it says to remove it or I can’t check out. So I removed it and now, there is a present icon to choose my gift again but when I click on it there is nothing. Second, I made VIB and is very close for Rouge again but I didn’t get my VIB celebration gift? Please advise. Thank you!
