VIB & Slow Shipping : 14 days!

I've been a VIB customer for many (5+) years but this year I'm pretty much done with Sephora. All of my orders (w/out hazmat products!) have taken so long to arrive even though one of the 'perks' is fast shipping and none of my samples are ever available. What's going on? My latest order arrived today and I ordered it 14 days ago.

I'm just here to say I agree with you. I'm VIB and I purchased FLASH shipping. The "2 day shipping" really makes no difference whatsoever. Cuz 3 days after you place the order, it's still "Pending." Also, I'm supposed to receive my Sephora Play box for November this month. It's November 29th and the box Hasn't. Even. Shipped. Yet Sephora had no problem charging me in a timely fashion on November 1st for this absent Play box.
