VIB Winter Sale 2017

I heard from one of the people on the floor at my local Sephora that there will be no winter vib sale this year. Is that true?

I'm thinking of waiting to buy skincare value sets until the sale but worry that they'll sell out. Also, I'm almost a rouge member si I could spend the $ to qualify this Fri instead of next week. Thoughts?

If you really really want the item, then you should buy it now. Then on Friday if it’s still on stock, you can buy it again for the discount, but also remember to return the first purchase (it’s a hassle to return, I know).

I just received a mail from Sephora that I I can get a 20% off discount during the November holiday sale. Beauty Insiders get 15% off. VIB gets 20% VIB Rouge also gets 20%, but for a longer length of time to use it. There’s a promo code that any Sephora members can use multiple of times, but I’ll get it when I come home. BRB

What if I'm a beauty insider and I don't receive one of those cards for instore purchases?

You could still use the codes to get the discount. Those codes are for everyone to use.

Bible, I feel like I got an email saying something about the winter preview sale coming up really soon. I've been searching up and down my email for the past half hour and I can't find it. I wonder if I just dreamt about it lol

Me too! I already made a list of the things I want to buy from Sephora, too! I would save some buck on Amazon too... but those points are going to be worth it and eventually, I'll get a free 2-day shipping.

Never believe store employees when it comes to sales happening/not happening. Sephora corporate is not giving associates a heads up on stuff like that...it's the same rumor every year, and it's never been true. 

Keep in mind most staff doesn't even know if/when they are getting Moschino or what new releases might be coming next week/next month etc...they certainly don't know what going to happen three months from now...

Similar things were said about the sale in April this year, that it wasn't going to happen. If anything, Sephora is starting to offer more deals, not less. The November sale is probably their biggest of the year, so I can't see why they would stop it unless they had a better alternative.

Yeah, I've been part of BT/BIC for several years now and there are *always* rumors about the sale not happening.

Agree I feel like that rumor always goes around and it always still happens. They know how many people would be furious if it didn't happen so unless they had a really good replacement I don't think they'd eliminate it. 

Plus the weekly wow i thought is from now till November so it would be perfect timing
