VIB Welcome kit ?

I moved quickly from VIB status to Rouge status in one month, I just ordered my Rouge welcome gift (a makeup clutch) few days ago and am wondering how come I never received any email about my VIB welcome gift? Do Sephora stop giving out VIB welcome gift? Or do they only give it out when you ask here?

Sorry for any confusion! At this time, we are happy to offer the Rouge Welcome Gift to our new Rouge clients. We do not currently offer a VIB gift.
