VIB Welcome Kit?

I just recently reach VIB rouge status, but when I placed my last order there was no welcome kit. Do you not receive a welcome kit when you reach rouge status? Thanks!

You have to add it in the rewards bazaar. The sad excuse for a perk is under “complimentary.”

The welcome kit is sold out online right now. I had to go to a store to get mine.

@bekpry @Sofiagirl  I just hit Rouge again after telling myself I wouldn't and I was able to add this to my basket.  The Rouge Welcome Kit is back in stock again.  I hope you were able to get your hands on it.

You do, but you need to make sure to add it in the same menu where you use your reward points if you want it by mail
