Just hit VIB yesterday. Is the "welcome kit" mailed to my home or must I place another order and add it to my basket?

Finally made it to my local store and all I was given was a VIB card. No welcome kit. Anyone care to explain this? I'm kind of confused.

@claytonskitten You should have received a card and some VIB coupons. I see you have now redeemed it online.
